MeYo Child Safety Policy

      MeYo has a zero tolerance policy for any abuse, exploitation and/or
      sexualization of children. Any user who does not comply with MeYo's policy
      for protecting minors (anyone under the age of 18) (as described below)
      will have their account permanently banned from MeYo including devices
      such as mobile phones and possible action by law enforcement.
    
    Policies
    Age Restriction
    
      - You must be 18 years of age or older to use MeYo.
 
      - 
        Any attempt to falsify your age to access the platform is strictly
        prohibited and will result in a permanent account ban.
      
 
    
    
      MeYo uses automated and manual systems to detect underage activity as well
      as Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse ("CSEA"). Any attempt to circumvent
      these systems is prohibited. Prohibited Activities include but are not
      limited to actions such as:
    
    
      Sexualization of Minors and CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)
    
    
      - 
        Sharing, creating, or distributing content involving child sexual abuse
        or exploitation.
      
 
      - 
        Content involving the sexual fetishization of minors, such as
        discussions, sexualized playacting, or wearing sexualized clothing, is
        prohibited.
      
 
      - 
        Depictions of child nudity or sexualization in any form, including
        artistic representations such as drawings or animations.
      
 
    
    
      Harmful or Dangerous Acts Involving Minors
    
    
      - 
        Threats, encouragement, or acts of physical violence against minors.
      
 
      - Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors.
 
      - Depicting or encouraging dangerous activities involving minors.
 
      - Promoting or depicting neglect or trafficking of minors.
 
    
    Underage Appearance on the Platform
    
      - 
        Underage are strictly prohibited from appearing in any content on the
        Platform.
      
 
      - 
        Creating, managing, or authenticating accounts on behalf of a minor.
      
 
      - Attempts to falsify age to gain access to the platform.
 
    
    Reporting Mechanism
    
      - 
        Incidents involving minor abuse will be reported to the National Center
        for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities
        as required by applicable law.

    Prohibited Users
    
      - 
        Users convicted of crimes against children, including but not limited to
        sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking, are strictly
        prohibited from using MeYo.
      
 
    
    Execution and Transparency
    Enforcement Measures
    
      - 
        All violations of the Child Safety Policy will result in immediate
        account penalty.
      
 
      - 
        Depending on the severity of the violation, MeYo may cooperate with law
        enforcement agencies for investigations.
