MeYo Team hereby reminds you that before you register as MeYo VIP, please read this "MeYo VIP Terms of Service" (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Service") to ensure that you fully understand the terms of the terms of service, including the exemption of MeYo Team responsibility Clauses and clauses restricting VIP rights. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept these terms of service. Unless you accept all the terms of these terms of service, you may not register, log in or use the services covered by these terms of service. Your registration, login, use, etc. will be regarded as acceptance of these terms of service, and you agree to be bound by the terms of these terms of service.
These terms of service stipulate various matters concerning the "MeYo VIP" service between MeYo Team and you. "VIP" refers to individuals who register, log in, and use various services provided by MeYo Team in these terms of service. MeYo VIP service is a paid value-added service. VIPs must fully agree to these terms of service and complete the payment before they can enjoy related services.
These terms of service are based on the "User Agreement" of "MeYo" software and are an integral part of it. At the same time, various specifications and rules regarding VIP services issued by MeYo Team from time to time are also part of these terms of service. If you choose to accept the terms of service and open the VIP service to become a VIP user, it means that you agree to accept the terms of service, the "User Agreement" and various regulations and rules, and will comply with them. If you do not accept these terms of service, you will not be able to enjoy the VIP services covered by these terms of service.
These terms of service can be updated by MeYo Team at any time. Once the updated terms of service are announced, they will replace the original terms of service without prior notice. Users can check the latest version of terms of service on this website.
1. General
1.1. MeYo is a location-based mobile social product created and operated by MeYo Team.
1.2. MeYo users refer to registered users who have completed the entire registration process, are willing to accept MeYo's "User Agreement" and use MeYo services under the provisions of MeYo's relevant usage specifications.
1.3. MeYo VIP service is a paid value-added service provided by MeYo for MeYo users. After the user pays relevant fees to MeYo, they can enjoy various services specifically provided for VIP.
1.4. MeYo VIP must abide by MeYo "User Agreement" and these terms of service.
2. Service fees
2.1. VIP qualifications are calculated on a monthly basis. The VIP service fee standard is:$10/1 month,$29/3 months,$100/12 months
2.2. MeYo Team can adjust the VIP service fee standard at any time according to the actual situation. The adjusted VIP service fee standard will be displayed on the VIP qualification payment page. Users can enjoy or renew the VIP qualification after paying according to the adjusted service fee standard. Users who have purchased VIP services according to the original VIP service fee standard, their VIP qualifications and VIP services they enjoy will not be affected within the VIP qualification period they have obtained, and there is no need to pay the difference.
3. Service content
3.1. MeYo will provide a variety of exclusive value-added services for VIP, and the specific content will be displayed on the VIP page.
3.2. MeYo can adjust the VIP service content at any time according to the actual situation.
4, service opening and termination
4.1. After the MeYo user completes the user registration process and completes the payment of the VIP fee through the payment channel provided by the MeYo platform, they will obtain the MeYo VIP qualification.
4.2. MeYo users complete VIP registration through the MeYo platform, and the submitted content and personal information must be true and valid. When the VIP's personal information changes, the VIP should modify the registered personal information in a timely manner, otherwise the VIP rights cannot be fully and effectively exercised or any other consequences and responsibilities shall be borne by the VIP.
4.3. The validity period of the VIP qualification starts when the MeYo VIP service is activated. The specific period can be checked on the "Settings" page of the MeYo client.
4.4. After the expiration of the VIP qualification, MeYo Team will terminate the provision of VIP value-added services to the user. The user can renew the VIP qualification by renewing the VIP service fee.
4.5. VIP is renewed within the validity period of the VIP qualification, and the validity period of the VIP qualification will be extended accordingly on the basis of the original validity period.
5, VIP rights and obligations
5.1. MeYo VIP equally enjoys the rights of VIP, and at the same time shall abide by the specifications and rules of MeYo Team, including but not limited to the terms of service and the "User Agreement".
5.2. The loss related to the suspension of VIP service due to violation of MeYo "User Agreement" shall be borne by the user.
5.3. VIP can enjoy various value-added services of MeYo VIP during the validity period of VIP qualification.
5.4. If the VIP voluntarily terminates or cancels the VIP qualification within the validity period of the VIP qualification, MeYo Team is not responsible for refunding the service fee corresponding to the remaining VIP qualification validity period of the VIP.
5.5. VIP bears the legal responsibility for transmitting and publishing information in MeYo and using MeYo free or paid services. VIPs using MeYo services, including free services and paid services, shall comply with various laws, regulations, rules and norms. Documents (hereinafter referred to as "laws and regulations").
5.6. When the VIP confirms to enjoy the "Message Management" VIP service during the VIP period, the VIP agrees to authorize MeYo to collect and store the corresponding chat records of the VIP during the VIP period in order to provide the VIP with the "synchronized message" VIP service; if the VIP wants to withdraw the aforementioned authorization, VIP can choose "Clear Message", and the corresponding chat history of VIP during the VIP period will be completely deleted.
6. Rights and Obligations of MeYo Team
6.1. MeYo Team is obliged to ensure that VIPs that comply with the terms of service, MeYo "User Agreement" and various specifications and rules use VIP services normally. When a technical failure affects the normal provision of VIP services, MeYo Team should eliminate the fault as soon as possible, but MeYo Team is not responsible for any loss caused by VIP.
6.2. MeYo shall not disclose, edit or disclose the non-public information registered and stored by VIP without the authorization of VIP, except in the circumstances specified by laws and regulations and stipulated in the "User Agreement".
6.3. MeYo Team will notify and announce VIPs through the MeYo system.
6.4. MeYo Team does not assume any responsibility for the interruption or other defects of the VIP service provided by force majeure, but will do its best to reduce the loss and impact caused to VIP.
6.5. MeYo is not responsible for the disclosure of the password of the MeYo account due to VIP reasons. At the same time, in order to avoid legal risks caused by misuse and abuse of the MeYo account, MeYo can take all measures to prevent third parties from reporting the situation to the user’s VIP account. Carry out the operation, regardless of the purpose of the third party and whether the acquisition method is in good faith.
6.6. Because VIPs deliberately conduct acts that harm the legitimate rights and interests of MeYo Team, MeYo platform, and other MeYo users during the use of MeYo free services or paid services, or there are relevant circumstances stipulated in the "User Agreement", MeYo Team has the right to cancel The VIP’s VIP qualifications may interrupt one or more VIP services without any compensation, and reserves the right to pursue the legal responsibility of the VIP.
6.7. Because the VIP violates laws and regulations in the process of using MeYo's free services or paid services, MeYo Team has the right to cancel the VIP's VIP qualification without any compensation, and the VIP shall bear all the responsibilities by itself.
7, other
7.1. The specifications and rules of VIP services issued by MeYo Team from time to time are an inalienable part of these terms of service.
7.2. If there is a conflict between these terms of service and the "User Agreement" or there are no provisions in this Terms of Service, the provisions of the "User Agreement" shall prevail.
7.3. The interpretation, validity and dispute resolution of these terms of service shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If any dispute or controversy occurs between VIP and MeYo Team, it should first be settled through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, VIP agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where MeYo Team lives.
7.4. The copyright of these terms of service is owned by MeYo Team, and MeYo Team reserves the right to interpret and modify it.
7.5. MeYo Team can continuously improve the terms of service for the purpose of maintaining the order of MeYo VIP according to the different stages of MeYo development, as the community management experience continues to enrich.
