VIP Subscription Service Agreement

1. Acceptance and modification of service terms

This agreement is an agreement between MeYo Team and MeYo Team VIP (hereinafter referred to as "VIP") regarding VIP's use of the automatic renewal entrusted deduction service provided by MeYo (hereinafter referred to as "this service") (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement"), this agreement describes the rights and obligations between MeYo and VIP regarding the use of this service and related aspects. "VIP" refers to an individual or a single entity that enjoys the VIP service provided by MeYo.

MeYo Team hereby reminds VIPs to read this agreement carefully to ensure that VIPs fully understand the terms of the terms of service, including the terms exempting MeYo's responsibility and the terms restricting VIP. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept these terms of service, otherwise VIPs shall not register, log in or use the services covered by these terms of service.

This agreement constitutes a prerequisite for VIP (whether individual or organization) to use the service provided by MeYo. Unless the VIP accepts the terms of this agreement, the VIP has no right to use the service. If the VIP chooses to use this service, it will be deemed to have agreed to accept the agreement. 2. Service description

2.1. This service is based on VIP’s need for automatic renewal. Under the premise that VIP has activated this service, it is possible to avoid VIP’s failure to renew in time and cause losses due to negligence or other reasons. VIP’s irrevocable authorization MeYo can When the VIP validity period is about to expire, the balance of the VIP's own recharge account, third-party payment account bound to the VIP account, bank card, and communication account (hereinafter collectively referred to as "account") will be deducted for the next billing cycle (including: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months) subscription service fee. The premise of this service is that the VIP has bound its MeYo VIP account to the above account and can successfully deduct money from the above account.

2.2. Automatic renewal specifically refers to the deduction method for MeYo to collect VIP monthly fee for the next billing cycle through the above account based on the premise of the first paragraph of this article. VIP must ensure that MeYo can successfully deduct money from the above account, because the above account can be VIP shall be responsible for the failure of renewal due to insufficient debit balance.

2.3. When VIP enjoys this service, it shall be bound by both the "MeYo User Agreement" and the "MeYo VIP Agreement". When the VIP uses the service, the use of the VIP shall be regarded as its terms of service for the service and MeYo for the service All kinds of publicly issued consents.

2.4. The service provided by MeYo to VIP is limited to VIP's use on the MeYo platform. Any act of separating the service content provided by MeYo from the MeYo platform by malicious cracking or other illegal means does not belong to the service agreed in this agreement. All legal consequences caused by this are the responsibility of the perpetrator, and MeYo will pursue the perpetrator’s legal responsibility in accordance with the law.

3. The rights and obligations of both parties

3.1. MeYo is responsible for providing VIPs with inquiries about the specific situation of automatic renewal charges, but is not responsible for printing relevant invoices and transferring them to VIPs.

3.2. MeYo deducts the subscription service fee for the next billing cycle through the VIP account mentioned above, the deduction shall be made on the same day, the payment shall be recorded in the VIP payment record, and the VIP validity period shall be extended accordingly.

3.3. If there is an error in the deduction process, MeYo and VIP shall cooperate closely to find out the cause, and each shall bear the loss caused by its own fault; if the loss caused by the unequal fault of both parties, both parties shall bear the corresponding responsibility according to the degree of fault; If both parties are responsible, both parties share the responsibility.

3.4. MeYo may change or modify the relevant service content, rules and terms of this agreement according to its business development or technical upgrades. Before making the above changes or modifications, MeYo will publish the modified content on the relevant MeYo pages, but there is no Obligation to make separate notice separately. If the VIP does not agree to the modification of this agreement, it can cancel the services that have been obtained and stop using it; if the VIP continues to use the services provided by MeYo, it is deemed that the VIP has accepted all the modifications of this agreement.

3.5. VIP can choose whether to cancel this service independently. If you need to cancel the subscription, please manually open the "Settings" of the Apple phone ->enter "iTunes Store and App Store" -> click "App ID", select "View App ID", enter On the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe" and select MeYoVIP to cancel the subscription.

If the subscription is not closed at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it is deemed that the VIP agrees that MeYo will try to deduct from time to time in accordance with certain rules. Once the deduction is successful, MeYo will open the subscription service for the next billing cycle for the VIP.

3.6. If the price of MeYo's monthly subscription service is adjusted before/before the automatic renewal, the current effective price shall prevail.

3.7. MeYo does not charge any fees for VIP opening this service, but MeYo has the right to decide whether to charge the service itself or adjust the automatic renewal cycle and fees based on business needs or market changes, and publicize it to VIP on the relevant page.

4. Validity period and termination of the agreement

4.1. This agreement will take effect after the VIP chooses to accept or use the service, and it will be terminated when the VIP terminates the service or cancels the VIP qualification.

4.2. VIP has the right to choose to terminate this service at any time in the VIP account settings. After termination of this service, MeYo will stop providing this service to VIP.

4.3. The instructions that VIP has entrusted MeYo to automatically renew and deduct fees before choosing to terminate this service are still valid. MeYo will not refund the fees deducted based on the instructions, and VIP shall bear the relevant responsibilities.

5. Liability for breach of contract

If one party breaches the contract, the observant party has the right to obtain compensation through the dispute resolution method agreed by both parties.
